Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner is an accused in S.T. No. 220/2024, arising out of Chirkunda P.S. Case No. 09/2024. It has been alleged that the nephew of the informant went missing and subsequently his headless dead body was found in the forest. The head was recovered from a nearby place. It appears that out of six charge-sheet witnesses five witnesses have already been examined.
