1. The present petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the
order dated 13th May, 2026, passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 6514/2026, titled as BSR College of Education Versus National Council for Teacher Education and Another.
2. Vide the aforesaid order dated 13th May, 2026, the respondents were
directed to decide the representation dated 14th March, 2026 of the petitioner, to further communicate the decision of the representation to the concerned department of the State Government and upload the same on the website.
3. When the matter was listed for hearing on 23rd July, 2026, the following order came to be passed:
“1. The present petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 13th May, 2026, passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 6514/2026. This is a digitally signed order. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 31/07/2026 at 13:34:20
2. Learned counsel for the respondents appears on advance notice, and on instructions, submits that the meeting of the Southern Regional Committee of the National Council for Teacher Education, is being convened today.
3. He further submits that the representation of the petitioner shall be considered today itself.
4. Accordingly, re-notify on 28th July, 2026.”
4. Today, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the status of the petitioner has already been uploaded on the website of the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is satisfied, and hence, he does not wish to press the present petition.
6. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of, as satisfied.
