Romesh Verma, Judge (Oral) In sequel to order dated 13.05.2026, it is contended by the learned counsel for the respondents that the judgment as passed by this Court on 02.01.2026 stood complied with. She has placed on record a communication, as issued by Regional Manager, HRTC, Una to the Managing Director, HRTC, Shimla dated 30.06.2026, whereby it has been stated that the revised pension case of the petitioner has been processed. The respondents are directed to take the said communication to its logical end positively within a period of four weeks from today. 2. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition can be 2 disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application to revive the instant petition, in case any of his grievance still remains unredressed.
