Dutta, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Ms. K. Borah, learned counsel for the respondent. 2. Pursuant to this Court’s Judgment and Order (ORAL) dated 29.11.2024 passed in WP(C)/6268/2019, a speaking order has been passed on 24.07.2026 by the Executive Officer, Silchar Municipal Corporation. 3. In view of the aforesaid, the Judgment and Order (ORAL) dated 29.11.2024 has been complied with. 4. Though, under order dated 29.11.2024 (supra), this Court directed the Chairman, Silchar Municipal Board to file an affidavit of compliance before the Registry, such compliance is dispense with in view of the production of speaking order dated 24.07.2026. 5. A copy of the speaking order dated 24.07.2026 passed by the Executive Officer, Silchar Municipal Corporation, be furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioners. 6.
