It is the contention of the petitioner that his application for regularisation of unauthorised occupation of a dwelling house measuring 600 square feet in Survey No.115 of Channasandra village, Bidarahalli Hobli, Bengaluru East Taluk, was considered and a grant was made in favour of the petitioner and thereafter, a sale deed was executed at the hands of the respondent- Tahsildar, Bengaluru East Taluk and the same is registered, as found at Annexure-B. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:16218 WP No. 8323 of 2026 3. The petitioner has furnished documents to show that the khata has been registered in the office of the jurisdictional local Authority, namely the BBMP, which is now Greater Bengaluru Authority. Such being the position, the impugned notice at Annexure-A dated 28.01.2026 has been issued by the respondent -Tahsildar, Bengaluru East Taluk, stating that the petitioner is in unauthorised occupation of the lands in question and that the petitioner should evict himself from the lands within a period of 7 days from the date of receipt of the notice. 4. To a pointed question put to the learned counsel for the petitioner as to why the petitioner has not given a reply along with all the necessary documents. The learned counsel submits that a reply has been given as found at Annexure H dated 18.02.2026 along with all the requisite documents. 5. Having regard to the facts narrated hereinabove, the writ petition stands disposed of with a - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:16218 WP No. 8323 of 2026 direction to the respondent No.2- Tahsildar, Bengaluru East Taluk to consider the representation given by the petitioner, peruse the documents furnished along with the representation given by the petitioner, who claims that the Tahsildar himself has executed and registered a sale deed in favour of the petitioner, thereafter, proceed only in accordance with law. 6. If the petitioner has not furnished any documents along with the representation, the petitioner is permitted to submit all the requisite documents of title within 7 days from today to the respondent-Tahsildar. 7.
