The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chandwa PS Case No.115 of 2025, for offence registered under section 20(b)(ii)(B), 25, 29, 30 of NDPS Act, pending in court of learned Special Judge, NDPS, Latehar. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner is owner of Swift white colour Dezire car and the contraband in question was not recovered from the car of the petitioner and the same has been recovered from another car and the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be granted anticipatory bail. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that allegations are there that by the said car another car was being protected. 5. Considering that the said contraband is not recovered 2026:JHHC:3901 2 from the car of this petitioner and the petitioner happened to be owner and the only allegation is made of keeping watch on another car from where the said contraband has been recovered, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner. 6. Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before learned court within three weeks from today, and in event of his surrender/arrest, petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Special Judge, NDPS, Latehar, in connection with Chandwa PS Case No.115 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
