Date: 13.02.2026
1. The petitioner is an accused in the case registered under Sections 328 & 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report. Since, the F.I.R. was lodged against unknown persons and the petitioner did not know about his implication in the present case as a result of which, he could not appear before the learned Trial Court in time. However, as soon as the petitioner came to know about his implication in the present case, he surrendered before the concerned Court on 11.06.2025 and since then, he is in judicial custody. The Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as has been stated in para- 16 of the present bail application. At least, considering the length of judicial custody and that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, he may be enlarged on regular bail.
3. Learned APP opposes the petitioner’s prayer for regular bail.
