No. 207 of 2026:- “It is left open to the petitioner to raise all the issues in the suit that has now been filed before the Additional District Court, Tiruvannamalai, in O.S.No.286 of 2025. It is needless to state that any observations made in the Contempt Petition shall not bind the Additional District Judge, Tiruvannamalai.” 4.
