Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, basing on the written instructions, submits that pending the Criminal Petition, police filed charge sheet and the same was numbered as CC No.5582 of 2018 on the file of learned IV Additional chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada and in the said Calendar Case, the petitioners got acquitted vide Judgment dated 29.07.2024. He also furnished a copy of eCourts case status. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the submission made by learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. 4.
