The present application under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita has been filed to quash the order dated 11.3.2026, passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.1, Jaunpur in Misc. Case No. 07 of 2026 (Pramila Devi vs. Sarfi Devi and others), Police Station- Kheta Sarai, District- Jaunpur, whereby an application under Section 173(4) of BNSS has been dismissed. Learned AGA pointed out that all the allegations are related to civil dispute. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copies of the relevant documents be returned to learned counsel for the applicants after retaining a photocopy of the same.
