The petitioners are accused in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 303(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case and have not committed any offence as alleged. The petitioners are not named in the FIR and their names have surfaced in this case on the alleged confessional statement of co-accused Prince Kumar Mahato, who was allegedly apprehend from the spot. The said co-accused has already been granted regular bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 19.02.2026 passed in B.A. No. 11432/2025. Another co- accused Ravi Kumar, whose name was also allegedly disclosed by co-accused Prince Kumar Mahato, has already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 14.01.2026 passed in B.A. No. 11253/2025. The petitioners are in judicial custody since 25.08.2025 and therefore they may be given the privilege of regular bail. 4. Learned A.P.P opposes the petitioners’ prayer for bail. 5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (twenty thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount 2026:JHHC:5160 each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M, Jamshedpur in connection with Kadma P.S.
