Case No. 135 of 2019 pending before the learned Additional District Judge, 4th Court, Barasat, North 24 Parganas. 2. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner’s submits that the aforesaid case has been filed under Section 25 of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890 and the same has been pending since then. Attention of this court is invited to the case status of CO. 2653 of 2022 filed by the opposite party before this court and it is submitted that although no order of stay has been passed in connection with the said Civil Revision, the learned Trial Court has been adjourning the proceedings “for submission of the order of the Hon’ ble High Court”. 3. In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed, prior service of notice of the revisional application along with a notice is not being directed, however, the petitioners shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with 2 a copy of this order upon the opposite parties within a week from date. 4. Having heard the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners and having perused the material on record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Additional District Judge, 4th Court, Barasat, North 24 Parganas to dispose of Misc. Appeal No. 135 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one year from the next date fixed, unless the proceedings are stayed by this court in CO 2653 of 2022 in the meantime, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. 5. CO 810 of 2026 stands disposed of with the above observations. No Costs. 6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities. (Om Narayan Rai, J.)
