1. After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for applicant, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, does not press the present bail application with liberty to file it afresh once the concerned injured is examined. He, however, prays that prosecution may be directed to ensure his presence before the learned Trial Court.
2. Learned Addl. P.P. for State assures that as per direction of learned Trial Court, aforesaid witness would be immediately produced before the learned Trial Court.
3. Present bail application is accordingly disposed of, as not pressed.
4. Liberty, as prayed for, is granted.
5. All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved.
