The petitioner is alleged to have established physical relationship with the informant on the pretext of marriage for last six years. The petitioner subsequently solemnized marriage with another woman. It appears that the victim is a major who had acceded to the sexual overtures of the petitioner for the last six years. The petitioner is in custody since 30.03.2026. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamtara in connection with Fatehpur P.S.
