particularly, respondents No. 2 & 3 scheduling petitioner’s property in question for auction on 02.07.2026. Property has been set for auction on account of petitioner not repaying the loan amount which as per the impugned notice is /-. In terms of the notice, petitioner had been given ample time to repay the loan.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is ready to repay the loan amount and for settlement of her loan case under the One Time Settlement Scheme of the respondents-Bank. Learned counsel further submitted that to show her bonafides, petitioner is ready and willing to deposit 1.5 lac with respondent No. 3 – Bank by 02.07.2026.
3. In view of the grievance urged for the petitioner and the
submissions made by her learned counsel, this writ petition is
disposed of with direction that in case the petitioner shows her bonafides by depositing 1.5 lac in the respondent No. 2-Bank by 12.00 p.m. tomorrow i.e. 02.07.2026, the property in question shall not be auctioned. On petitioner submitting representation giving her proposal for settling the loan account under the applicable One Time Settlement Scheme/any other applicable Scheme etc., her case for settling the loan account shall be considered by the respondents-Bank in accordance with law also keeping in view the One Time Settlement Scheme, if any applicable. The needful shall

be done within four weeks thereafter. By way of abundant caution, it is clarified that the limited protection granted to the petitioner under this order shall cease to have any effect in case the petitioner does not comply with the assurance given in Court to show her bonafides.
Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, to also stand
disposed of.
