The petitioner is an accused in connection with Madhupur (Rail) P.S. Case No. 20 of 2026. It has been alleged that the informant was given intoxicated coffee in the train by a person and he became unconscious. The miscreant had taken away all the belongings of the informant. It appears that in the Test Identification Prade, the petitioner was identified by the informant and on the disclosure of the petitioner, the stolen bag of the informant was recovered. Regard being had to the above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The same is hereby rejected, at this stage. This bail application is rejected.
