The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that the petitioners are ready to abide by any stringent conditions that may be imposed by this Court and hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would reiterate the prosecution case and submit that the petitioners have three previous cases. Hence, he opposed for grant of bail to the petitioners. 5. Considering the fact that petitioners have previous cases, this Court is of the view that the petitioners does not deserve anticipatory bail. 6.
