Rakesh Kainthla, Judge (Oral) During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners pointed out that the offences punishable under Sections 117(2) and 115(2) read with Section 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 are compoundable under Section 359 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he want to withdraw the present petition and to approach before the learned Trial Court.
