Petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs; “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ and direct the respondents to re- employ the petitioners in appropriate departments of the government as per their suitability in accordance with law, in the interest of justice. 10.2 The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ and direct the respondents decide the pending representations,legal notice and claim of the petitioners in accordance with law within a stipulated period of time, in the interest of justice. 10.3 The Hon’ble Court may further be pleased to pass an appropriate order or issue writ as deemed fit under the facts and circumstances of the case.” 4 / 4 2. At the outset, learned counsel for petitioners submits that the petitioners may be permitted to submit fresh representation before the respondent authorities for redressal of their grievance as raised in this writ petition. He submits that direction be issued to the respondent authorities to take decision on the representation to be submitted by the petitioners at the earliest within specified time frame. 3. Learned counsel for Respondents/State submits that in view of the limited prayer made by the counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents placed on record along with the writ petition. 5. On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the respective parties, facts and circumstances of the case, nature of grievance raised by the petitioners, without observing anything on merits of the case, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of permitting the petitioners to submit fresh comprehensive representation along with all supporting documents before the concerned authority and if such a representation is submitted by the petitioners, concerned authority shall consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted by the petitioners on its own merits in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 03 months from the date of receipt of representation. 6.
