Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 26.12.2025 in connection with Tandwa P.S. Case No. 273 of 2025, registered under Sections 316(2), 318(2), 319(2), 338, 336(3), 340(2) and 61(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and sections 66(c) and 66(D) of Information Technology Act, now pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist class, Chatra.
3. After some argument, when this Court was not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this bail application.
4. Permission is accorded.
5. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
6. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned court concerned through “FAX/email”.
