By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has assailed the transfer order dated 12.06.2026, whereby the petitioner, who is serving as Staff Nurse presently at CHC Golore, District Hamirpur, has been transferred to CH Killar, District Chamba. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has undergone major surgery some time ago and recently she has given birth to a child, who is only one year old. He submits that in these circumstances, she cannot be transferred to a distant place and her transfer order be quashed. 4. On the other hand, learned Deputy Advocate General submits that the petitioner has been serving at the same station for the last more than five years and as such there is no merit in the instant petition. 5. In the light of the fact that the petitioner has been serving in the same area for the last more than five years, this Court is not interfering with the transfer order. However, in light of the fact that the petitioner has to lookafter her newly born child, who is just one year old, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent authority for her adjustment at some other station. Representation to this effect be made by the petitioner within a week from today which shall be decided by the competent …2… authority within four weeks from the date of receipt thereof. Till then the petitioner shall not be compelled to join the station of her transfer and she shall be allowed to avail the leave of kind due. 6.
