Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the transfer and representation of the petitioner. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ/order/command and direct the respondents to consider and decide your representation afresh, keeping in view of 80% mental disability of petitioner’s daughter, dependency of petitioner’s elderly mother and applicable transfer policy and disability laws within a fixed time frame. 10.3 Any other relief, including the cost of this petition, as it appears to be fit and appropriate to this Hon’ble Court. ” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is working as radiographer and while he was posted at District Hospital Mungeli he was transferred to Community Health Centre Tamnar, District-Raigarh. He submits that daughter of petitioner is mentally disabled and therefore, he is finding it difficult to comply with the order of transfer. Petitioner has already submitted a representation before the committee constituted under the Transfer Policy on 03.07.2025, however, till date no decision has been taken, therefore, direction be 3 / 3 issued to committee constituted under the Transfer Policy to take decision on pending representation within specified time frame. 3. Learned State counsel submits that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner to take decision on pending representation, he is having no objection. 4. On due consideration of the submission made by learned counsel for the respective parties, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at this stage directing the committee constituted under the Transfer Policy to take decision on representation submitted by petitioner on 03.07.2025, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 3 weeks from the date of receipt of order in an objective manner, taking pragmatic approach sympathetically. 5.
