Jiya Lal Bhardwaj , Judge (Oral) Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced a communication dated 30.06.2026, issued by Director, Directorate of School Education, Himachal Pradesh and copy of order dated 26.05.2026, issued by the Dy. Director of School Education (Ele.), Shimla, Distt. Shimla-171004, H.P., which are taken on record. 2. A perusal of aforesaid order dated 26.05.2026, reveals that the petitioner has been allowed the benefit of revised emoluments on contract basis as per Government Notification dated 12.01.2022, subject to final outcome of LPA. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 3. Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 16.12.2025, passed by this Court in CWP No.19701 of 2025, titled, Ratna vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & Ors., has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is closed. However, it is made clear that in case the arrears are not released in favour of the petitioner, within eight weeks from today, in terms of the directions given by this Court in aforementioned judgment, she shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition. The payment released would be subject to final outcome of the LPA. 4. Accordingly, the execution petition is disposed of.
