Tagum, learned Standing Counsel for the Health Department,has however, submitted that the transfer order involves 6 nos. of incumbents including an incumbent who has been posted in place of the petitioner, and such incumbent has not been made a party respondent. At this stage Shri Saha, learned counsel submits that, due to Page No.# 3/3 inadvertence the same has been left out. He accordingly prays for withdrawal of this writ petition with a libertyto present it afresh by making the incumbent a party respondent.
