The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Mirzachowki PS Case No.88 of 2025, for offence registered under section 145, 318(2), 61(2), 351(2), 115(2) and 126(2) of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate at Sahibganj. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case and the case has been lodged belatedly and in view of that, anticipatory bail may kindly be granted to the petitioners. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that serious allegations are there against the petitioners of alluring the 2026:JHHC:9262 2 husband of the informant to shift at Mumbai for labour work. He next submits that further allegations are made of human trafficking of the tribals by the petitioners along with the co-accused in the name of providing job. 5. In view of above and considering that it has come in the order of the learned Sessions Judge that in paragraph nos.15 and 16 of the case diary, the independent witnesses have supported the prosecution case and the allegations are there of human trafficking of tribals against the petitioners along with the other co-accused in the name of providing job, and in the attending facts and circumstances of the present case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, and hence, A.B.A. No.1339 of 2026 is, hereby, dismissed.
