Learned Additional Advocate General has produced a communication dated 30.06.2026, issued by Director, Directorate of School Education, Himachal Pradesh and copy of office order dated 10.03.2026, issued by the Dy. Director of School Education (Ele.), Chamba, Distt. Chamba, H.P., which are taken on record.
2. A perusal of aforesaid order dated 10.03.2026, reveals that the petitioners have been allowed the benefit of revised emoluments on contract basis as per Government Notification dated 12.01.2022, subject to final outcome of LPA. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 07.01.2026, passed by this Court in CWP No.403 of 2026, titled, Bhindro Kumar & others vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & others, has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is closed. However, it is made clear that in case the arrears are not released in favour of the petitioners, within eight weeks from today, in terms of the directions given by this Court in aforementioned judgment, they shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition. The payment released would be subject to final outcome of the LPA.
4. Accordingly, the execution petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand disposed of. 01 st July
