For the Respondent : Virender Singh, Judge (oral) After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner does not press the prayer, as made in clause-1 of the prayer clause, and would be content if the directions are issued to the Principal Judge (Family Court), Shimla, District Shimla, H.P. to decide the matter, in a time bound manner. 2. Considering the zimni orders, according to which, the case was listed for respondent’s evidence, right from 20.11.2025, and thereafter, 15 opportunities 2 have been granted, this Court is of the view that the prayer made in clause-2 of the prayer clause, deserves to be accepted. 3. In view of above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to learned Principal Judge (Family Court) Shimla, District Shimla, H.P. to decide the matter, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from today. 4.
