The present petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 29th July, 2025, passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 10992/2025, titled as Rajiv Sharma Versus New Delhi Municipal Council and Ors. 2. After some arguments, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, who is present in Court, submits that the petitioner shall be satisfied, if documents pertaining to the following contracts are provided to the petitioner: This is a digitally signed order. Porta Cabin for Horticulture and Nursery at Purana Kila Road, in the year 2011. ii. Providing and fixing Porta Cabin at 21, Lodhi Colony, New Delhi, in the year 2011. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the following documents would be required: i. Hinderance Register ii. Site Order Book iii. Material at Site Register iv. Documents pertaining to extension of time. v. Agreements with regard to the aforesaid Contracts. 4. Accordingly, considering the submissions made before this Court, it is directed that the petitioner shall visit the office of respondent-New Delhi Municipal Council (“NDMC”) on Tuesday, i.e., 04th August, 2026, at 11:00 AM in the morning. 5. The petitioner shall be allowed to inspect the requisite documents pertaining to the aforesaid contracts, and the photocopies of the same shall be provided to the petitioner, at his own cost. 6.
