Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have already approached the respondent no. 5-the Land Acquisition Officer, Palamau, Medininagar but no action has yet been taken. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that if the matter is still pending and needs to be referred before the appropriate Civil Court, the same will be done at the earliest. 4. Considering the said submission, I direct the petitioners to approach the respondent no. 5-the Land Acquisition Officer, Palamau, Medininagar afresh along with the copy of this order, within a period of four weeks. 5. Once the fresh representation is filed along with the copy of this order, the respondent no. 5 will take appropriate steps as per the National Highway Act and if necessary may refer the matter to the appropriate Civil Court under the Act, within a period of ten weeks thereafter. 6.
