For Petitioners : Mr.A.Gouthaman (Party-in-Person) For Respondents : Mr.D.Ravichander Special Government Pleader [R1 to R5] Notice dispensed with [R6 & R7] ***** ORDER This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 4th respondent to transfer the patta in the name of the petitioners from the name of their vendors, namely the respondents 6 and 7 for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition. 2. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 5. Since no adverse order is passed against the respondents 6 and 7 in this writ petition, notice to the respondents 6 and 7 is dispensed with by this Court. The petitioners claim that they are the owners of the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition and that they are in possession of the same. They seek transfer of patta in their name for the subject property. They have submitted an online application with the 4th respondent on 13.08.2025 seeking transfer of patta in their names. Since the said application was not considered, the petitioners have filed this writ petition. 4. The respondents 6 and 7 are the vendors of the petitioners and they have been arrayed as party respondents by the petitioners only as formal parties. 5. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioners’ online application as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioners and after hearing all the necessary parties, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 4th respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioners’ online application, dated 13.08.2025 seeking transfer of patta in the names of the petitioners for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioners and after hearing all the necessary parties, which may also include the respondents 6 and 7, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
