JUSTICE D K SINGH) The present intra Court appeal has been filed impugning the judgment and order dated 27.06.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.13154/2024 (KLR-RES) filed by the respondents herein. 2. Sri. M.N. Sudev Hegde, learned AGA submits that the issue involved in the present writ appeal is similar to the one involved in W.A.No.485/2026 (KLR-RR/SUR), which has been disposed off vide order dated 09.04.2026 and hence the present writ appeal may also be disposed of in terms of the said order. 3. Accordingly, in terms of the order dated 09.04.2026 passed by this Court in W.A.No.485/2026, the present writ appeal is also disposed of with the following directions:- a. We direct the respondent Nos.1 to 3 herein to produce the records pertaining to their ownership in respect of the lands in question and make - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:20241-DB WA No. 743 of 2026 payment of the land revenue along with interest at the rate of 10% p.a. from the due date till the date of payment. b. This order shall be communicated by the Tahsildar himself to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to appear and produce the records of their ownership. c. We direct the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to appear before the Tahsildar on 08.06.2026 8. In view of disposal of the appeal, pending interlocutory applications, if any do not survive for consideration, hence stand disposed of.
