This application has been filed praying for permission to withdraw the money deposited in the Registry pursuant to the order dated 20.06.2025 passed in MFA No. 21/2025. Ms. Baruah has submitted that she has no objection if the prayer of the applicant is allowed. The applicant is allowed to withdraw an amount of Rs. 1,56,082/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifty Six Thousand Eighty Two) only subject to submission of an Indemnity Bond after proper identification and verification.
