JUSTICE R DEVDAS ORAL ORDER Learned Additional Government Advocate takes notice for all the respondents. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has given representation to respondent No.5- Assistant Director of Land Records and respondent No.4- Tahsildar for phodi and durasth of his lands. Learned counsel - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:12609 WP No. 6729 of 2026 submits that appropriate directions may be given to the concerned respondents to carry out the phodi and durasth. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that however in respect of the some of the owners of the land in same survey number, phodi has already been conducted. 3. Learned Additional Government Advocate however submits that normally this Court would direct the parties to file online application for phodi and durasth. However, in respect of granted lands, since the phodi and the durasth have to be conducted simultaneously in respect of all the granted lands, sufficient time may be required to complete the process. Learned Additional Government Advocate submits on instructions that land in question situated in the Sy.No.52 comprises of more than 91 acres of lands and several grants have been made in the said survey number. Therefore, sufficient time will have to be granted to the respondents to complete the phodi and durasth. 4. Consequently, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent Nos.5 and 4 to complete the process of phodi and durasth, as expeditiously as possible and - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:12609 WP No. 6729 of 2026 at any rate within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
