2. As per the FIR lodged on 10.12.2025, a Tata truck carrying 20 bulls was intercepted by the police authorities of Jagiroad Police Station. Upon enquiry, the driver failed to produce any documents, giving rise to a suspicion that the bulls were stolen and were being transported in a manner that inflicted cruelty upon the animals.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the present petition has been filed on behalf of the owner of the vehicle, who is not connected with the procurement of the bulls, as well as on behalf of the owner of the bulls, who has produced various receipts evidencing the purchase of the bulls recovered from the truck.
4. Pursuant to the interim protection granted by this Court, the petitioners had appeared before the I.O and their statements have been recorded.
5. On perusal of the Case Diary, it appears that there is no such material connecting the petitioners with theft of cattle.
6. Having regard to the above, the prayer for pre-arrest bail is allowed.
7. The order of interim dated 19.12.2025 is hereby made absolute.
8. It is further provided that the petitioners shall co-operate with the investigation.
