SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA Order 25/08/2026 1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner relies upon the judgment passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in the case of "Mahaveer Prasad Gautam vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors." (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.3422/2025) along with other connected matters, dated 18.08.2025. The judgment relates to several cases which have been decided by a common judgment. 2. Prima facie this Court finds that the petitioner was not selected and did not undergo any process for appointment as an Administrator and there were complaints against her functioning [2026:RJ-JP:34640] (2 of 2) [CW-16486/2026] which resulted in her being eased out of the office. The Officer of the Government is posted to take overall care of the concerned administration and no rights are created nor there is any post of Administrator as such under the Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Act, 1994. 3. In view thereto, no case for interference is made out. The present Civil Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. 4. All pending applications stand disposed of.
