No.13 of 1995, filed by the petitioners has been rejected considering the delay of 15 years. -2- 2. From the record, it transpires that Sanjukta Kumari filed a Miscellaneous Petition before the Settlement Officer against the respondent no.1 Jayant Kumar Manjhi, which was registered as Mis. Case No.13 of 1995 for correction of a wrong entry and deletion of the name of outsider and printing the name of Sanjukata Kumari in the Khata, showing half share equally for herself and respondent no.1 Jayant Kumar Manjhi. According to the partition deed no.1879/90 dated 18.06.1990 and order dated 26.07.1990 passed in Title Suit No.18 of 1988 passed by the learned Sub Judge of Dumka, Title Suit No.18 of 1988 dated 26.07.1990 was disposed of, in which the petitioners herein had not appeared and even not filed any intervenor petition and that has attained finality. 3. It transpires that there are three orders in favour of the respondents passed by the Revenue Authorities. Further, before the authority concerned, the delay of 15 years has not been explained by the petitioners. 4. In view of the above, no relief can be granted to the petitioners in the writ jurisdiction, as such, this writ petition is dismissed. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) Dated 26.03.26 Jay/
