This appeal has been preferred against the impugned order dated 16.01.2025 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Mungeli, District- Mungeli, C.G. in the Civil Suit no. 29A/2024 whereby the 2 application preferred by the respondent/plaintiff under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act was allowed. 2. Learned counsel for the parties submit that the matter was referred before the mediation center of this Court, the mediation has been successfully completed, and the parties have arrived at a compromise on 04.09.2025 on certain terms and conditions. 3. Accordingly, the mediation report is taken on record. The compromise between the parties dated 04.09.2025 is being made part of this order. In terms of the mediation report, the respondent in-person has given a demand draft bearing no. 061102 000002000 000546 16 of Rs. 5,00,000/- to the appellant in-person which has been accepted by the appellant in-person. 4. In that view of the matter, the FA(MAT) No. 91/20225 is disposed of in terms and conditions of the mediation report dated 04.09.2025. No cost. 5. Decree be drawn accordingly. Sd/- Sd/- (Sanjay K.
