HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:10282 WP No. 3918 of 2026
THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR ORDERS, THIS DAY,
ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER:
CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE R DEVDAS ORAL ORDER Learned Additional Government Advocate takes notice for respondent Nos.1 to 6. Notice to respondent No.7 is not necessary for the following reasons:
2. It is the contention of the petitioner that the Committee for Regulation of Unauthorised Occupation passed a resolution on 19.11.2012 recommending grant of 1 acres 30 guntas of lands in Sy.No.188/P and 2 acres 28 guntas of lands in Sy.No.315/P both situated at B.Hosshalli Village, Bankal Hobli, Mudigere Taluk, Chikkamangalur District. It is also contented that although notice was issued to the petitioner on 28.11.2012 calling upon the petitioner to pay the T.T. fine and kimmat, nevertheless, since the petitioner was not aware of the said notice the petitioner has not paid the T.T. fine and kimmat. The prayer therefore is to direct the respondent-Tahsildar to collect the T.T. fine and kimmat, issue Saguvali Chit in favour
