On the last occasion, that is, by order dated 19.08.2026, this Court had directed the learned Additional Public Prosecutor to obtain instructions as to Page No.# 2/2 whether any case had been registered against the petitioner at Mukalmua Police Station. 3. In compliance with the said order, Ms. S.H. Borah, learned APP has placed the instructions on record wherein it is reflected that the records have been verified and no case has been found to have been registered against the petitioner at Mukalmua Police Station. 4. In view of the above, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the matter may be closed. 5. Prayer is allowed. 6. The anticipatory bail application stands closed. 7.
