By way of this application, the applicant is seeking early hearing of the writ petition bearing WP(C) No.1857/2025. It appears that the petitioner by filing the aforesaid writ petition is seeking direction for consideration of the name of the petitioner for promotion to the post of LDA (Junior Assistant) from the post of peon. It further appears that the pleadings in the aforesaid writ proceeding have been completed. Considering the urgency canvassed before this Court and that the writ petition had already been admitted, this interlocutory application stands allowed by directing the Registry to list the writ petition for hearing on 04.02.2026.
