This transfer petition is filed by the wife for seeking transfer of M.C.No.114/2025 filed by the husband for divorce before the I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Bengaluru Rural to the Court of the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Mysuru. The petitioner/wife is residing with her parents at Mysuru and has a minor child aged one year, who was born on 06.12.2024. She is not employed and has no independent source of income. The respondent is working at Empower India Private Limited Company and is earning Rs.1,50,000/- per month. Apart from this, he also owns movable and immovable properties. 4. The petitioner has filed Crl.Misc.No.274/2025 on 17.03.2025 before the I Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Mysuru, seeking maintenance. 5. The distance between Bangaluru Rural and Mysore is about 145 k.m., and it is inconvenient for the petitioner to travel such a distance along with her minor child. Considering the reasons stated by the petitioner, this Court finds it just and proper to transfer M.C. No.114/2025 from the Court of the I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Bengaluru Rural, to the Court of the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Mysuru. Since Crl. Misc. No.274/2025 is already pending before the said Court, both matters can be tried together. 7. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of. 8.
