W.P.(C) 7345/2026 construction carried out by the respondent no.4 over the property located at No.26, Prasad Complex, Jogai Bai, Main Road, Jamia Nagar, New Delhi- 110025 (‘subject property’). 3. Ms. Prabhsahay Kaur, Advocate, appears for respondent no.3/STF and submits that the complaint of the petitioner was considered in the meeting of the STF on 29th June, 2026 and MCD has been directed to upload the action taken report on the website of STF. 4. Mr. Anand Prakash, counsel appearing on behalf of respondent-MCD submits that after following all legal formalities, a demolition order in respect of 5th Floor of the subject property has been passed on 8th June, 2026 and demolition action is planned for today. The officials of the MCD will inspect the subject premises to ensure that all unauthorized construction on the 5th Floor of the subject property has been removed. 5. In view of the submissions made by the counsel for MCD, the writ petition stands disposed. 6. In the event the petitioner has any further grievance with regard to unauthorised construction, he is at liberty to take appropriate remedies in accordance with law. 7.
