JUSTICE DEEPAK ROSHAN --------- For the Petitioner : Mr. Ashok Kumar, Advocate For the Opp. Party : Mr. Tarun Kumar, A.P.P. --------- 02/Dated:-12.03.2026 1. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. The instant bail application has been preferred by the petitioner for grant of regular bail for the offences registered under Sections 309(6) & 27 of the Arms Act in connection with Panki P.S. Case No.106/2024 pending in the Court of learned J.M., Palamau at Daltonganj. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 24.11.2025; as such, he may be released on bail. 4. Learned A.P.P opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that there are specific allegations against the petitioner and the petitioner is having several criminal antecedents. 5. Having regard to the gravity of the offence and looking to the allegation made against the petitioner and the stage of trial and that the petitioner is having several criminal antecedents, I am not inclined to enlarge this petitioner on bail at this stage, however, petitioner may renew its bail application after three months. 6. Accordingly, the instant application stands dismissed. (Deepak Roshan, J.) March 12, 2026 vikas/- uploaded 16.03.2026
