The petitioner is an accused in connection with Chandil (Kapali O.P.) P.S. Case No. 155 of 2025(S). One Ajay Gope was apprehended by the police along with others who were involved in manufacturing of illicit liquor. One country made pistol as well as various articles connected with bottling of illicit liquor were seized. The petitioner appears to have been implicated on the confession of Ajay Gope. Several co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No. 2189 of 2026, A.B.A. No. 2371 of 2026, A.B.A. No. 2393 of 2026. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 08.03.2026. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate at Chandil in connection with Chandil (Kapali O.P.)
