The Roznama indicates that an application was filed by the complainant i.e. present respondent no.2 for filing the documents on 04.04.2026, but it is still not decided by the concerned J.M.F.C. 4. Considering the fact that the matter is more than five years old, we deem it appropriate to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Omerga, Dist.
