The Court made the following: SRK, J CRP No.621 of 2026 2 O R D E R The present Civil Revision Petition is filed, aggrieved by the non-disposal of Original Suit No.78 of 2021 pending on the file of the learned Junior Civil Judge, Kuppam, expeditiously. 2. Petitioner herein is the plaintiff, and respondent herein is the defendant, in O.S.No.78 of 2021 on the file of the trial Court. Parties hereinafter referred to, as they were arrayed before the trial Court. 3. Plaintiff filed O.S.No.78 of 2021 against the defendant pending on the file of the learned Junior Civil Judge, Kuppam, seeking the Court to pass a decree in his favour, granting Permanent Injunction restraining the defendant, her men and agents from interfering with the plaintiff’s peaceful possession and enjoyment of the suit schedule property. 4. Today when the matter has come up before this Court, learned counsel for the plaintiff would contend that the aforesaid suit was filed in the year 2021, and no progress has been made over these five years, and it amounts to gross delay without justifiable reasons. Therefore, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, and also having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel for the plaintiff, this Court, without going into merits of the petition, directs the learned Junior Civil Judge, Kuppam to take up the suit in O.S.No.78 of 2021 pending on its file, on priority basis, and dispose of, the said suit on merits, expeditiously, in accordance with law, SRK, J CRP No.621 of 2026 4 within a period of one (01) year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 8.
