The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Piparwar P.S. Case No.32 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 111(2), 111(3), 111(4), 61(2), 3(5) of the BNS, Section 25(1-A), 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Chatra. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. He submits that the name of the petitioner has come on confessional statement. He further submits that the petitioner is not member of any organized criminal gang. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the petitioner appears to be member of organized criminal gang of Rahul Singh and he has planned to carry out a major incident and materials are there in the case diary. 5. The petitioner is the accomplice of an organized criminal gang and fire arms, posters etc. were seized and the petitioner managed to escape from the spot. In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and, as such, his prayer for anticipatory bail is, hereby, rejected. 6.
