No. 341 of 2025 arising out of Balidih P.S. Case No. 181 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. No.932 of 2025 for the offence registered under Sections 111(2)(b) and 111(4) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 25(1B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act pending in the Court of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge- I, Bokaro, is pressed into motion. It is submitted by the learned counsel on behalf of petitioner that the name of this petitioner has come-up on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused persons, who have been granted bail by the learned trial Court. The only allegation against the petitioner is that a country made pistol with one empty and one live cartridge was seized from this petitioner. Learned A.P.P. opposed the bail petition. It is submitted that the petitioner is involved in organized crime like dacoity and arms and ammunitions were seized from him. He has criminal antecedents of seven cases of serious nature. Under the circumstance, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, is hereby, rejected. (Gautam Kumar Choudhary, J.)
