PATIL) This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 12.01.2023 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.25529/2022(KLR-LG). The operative portion of the said order reads as under: "3. Having regard to the prayer made in the writ petition and the submissions of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Court is of the considered opinion that respondent-authorities, more particularly the respondent- Tahsildar, Gudibande Taluk, Chikkaballapura District and the Deputy Commissioner, Chikkaballapura District are required to consider the applications filed by the petitioner and pass necessary orders in accordance with law. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order." 2. The respondent entered appearance and filed an affidavit. The affidavit is enclosed with the RTC, the report and the endorsement dated 02.02.2024. 3.
