Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order. 3. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail. 4. The case of the petitioner was earlier thrice withdrawn before the coordinate Bench. The allegation against the petitioner is that from her conscious possession 150 bottles of Phensedyl Syrup (100 ml each) was recovered and infact the petitioner was arrested with others and altogether 1285 bottles of Phensedyl Cough Syrup of Abbott Company were recovered from them. There is no document in favor of such transportation. Further the trial is in progress and out of 8 witnesses named in the charge sheet 3 have already been examined till 03.01.2026 (i.e. the date of impugned order). 5. Considering the aforesaid facts, recovery and progress in trial, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection 2026:JHHC:6822 2 with NCB Crime Number 01/NCB/Ranchi/2024 corresponding to NDPS PS Case No. 17 of 2024, pending in the Court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-III at Ranchi stands rejected. 6.
